He told us when he woke up this morning that his throat hurt, but he's been campaigning for an early Spring Break all week and he RARELY gets sick, so I thought it was a Ferris Bueller ploy. And, then he came home crankier than normal and it clicked. So, I took his temp....103...guess he's legit. Called the Dr. as we were on the way out the door to get there before they closed.
Made it! Strep throat....pink stuff (actually orange).....mom of the year award for not listening when my child talks!
