Yumminess Fall Style

BLUEBERRY APPLE CRISP

Just typing the name gets me excited! This dish is SO delicious no matter how you eat it....warm out of the oven, with ice cream or without, or after a whole day when it's completely cool. I'm a huge fruit freak, so this obviously influences my addiction, but, seriously, I love this recipe. WARNING: it does take a little bit to peel the apples, but I think I may have made it clear enough how these moments are completely redeemed by the finished product.

I've found that different berries can be substituted for or used in conjunction with the blueberries. I've used blackberries from my grandma's bushes (heaven on earth) and I'm thinking raspberries would work great too. I have used both fresh and frozen berries and a combo of both and it's all worked great.

Seriously, try this and tell me what you think. I think I'm gonna have to go get more apples and blueberries tomorrow cause I NEED SOME OF THIS!!!!
