I just joined (through your link), and convinced two of the mommies at work to join as well(through your link). We also posted it on our employee wellness newsletter for the entire Missouri State University staff (sadly, I could not get our wellness coordinator to post your blog link :( ).Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16790423914724055554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5162258246700736015.post-40612605875735520522010-01-08T16:48:42.317-08:002010-01-08T16:48:42.317-08:00NanaR THANKS for the feedback!! i noticed that to...NanaR THANKS for the feedback!! i noticed that too...that the meat is cooked in the crockpot and then added to the soup. liked that!

bonnie---just didn't want anyone to miss the opportunity to follow the link. ;) i haven't not seen a specific plan for allergies, but i did see some subscriber discussion on facebook about how they alter the recipes for allergies. if you're used to altering your current recipes, then i guess it'd be a chance for some variation, but i don't know that it'd cut out that step for you.

i'm heading to the store tonight with my handy dandy list!

i AM a verifier. i don't know, CAN you handle the verification? mwa ha ha haLil Eskimohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03618020584309862621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5162258246700736015.post-24188865334683456362010-01-08T14:29:04.647-08:002010-01-08T14:29:04.647-08:00I felt like I was reading an infomercial with the ...I felt like I was reading an infomercial with the way you kept repeating the name of the program. It was a little weird, but I'm intrigued. Do they alter the plan for allergies? If so, then sign me up! I'm ready for something like this.

Ugh, you're a word verifier. ...I'm on the WalMart family plan. I LOVE it!!

The recipes are really varied. One neat thing is the way they have you use the slow cooker to prepare one of your ingredients -- like the roast beef for the beef vegetable soup -- instead of just doing slow cooker meals (which can get a little old).

In my experience, the sides that are picked to go with the entrees are great too. The meals are very satisfying.

Just 2cents worth from a Nana raising a very picky 6-year-old grandson.NanaRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08010735768444838698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5162258246700736015.post-53429781140155148212010-01-07T18:02:22.223-08:002010-01-07T18:02:22.223-08:00i did the family walmart plan. i thought about do...i did the family walmart plan. i thought about doing the points plan or the low fat, but thought i'd try the regular one and then trade if i wasn't "feeling" it.

so, the recipes i'm liking from this week (and last) are EZ chicken wraps, overnight french toast, vegetable beef soup, pot roast stroganoff, paprika pork chops with sour cream gravy, cheesy ranch chicken breasts, & macaroni bake (mac & cheese, ground beef, taco seasoning, sour cream, cheese, salsa).

there ARE casseroles, but looks like there are a decent amount of just dishes. you can look on the site for "sample" menus of all the plans. i'm sure the specialty plans might have even less casserole things.

as far as ingredients...most have 6-8 things. some as few as 4. but, i'm counting ingredients like oil, butter, eggs, milk. i don't see any exotic things on these. most are basic things like a meat, pasta, rice, cheese, broth, veggies, onions, etc.

check out the sample plans...see what you think.Lil Eskimohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03618020584309862621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5162258246700736015.post-79246343758206424112010-01-07T17:11:48.556-08:002010-01-07T17:11:48.556-08:00so tell me what kind of meals are on the plan? i&...so tell me what kind of meals are on the plan? i'm not bi gon casseroles so if most of the stuff is geared towards big caserole dishes filled with like 10 ingredients i don't wanna....

share with me so i can see if i'd like it or not.

thanks!Jessica the Jacked LDShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10518901833271342707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5162258246700736015.post-81193701430585257032010-01-07T10:30:41.790-08:002010-01-07T10:30:41.790-08:00naw! i WISH!!!naw! i WISH!!!Lil Eskimohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03618020584309862621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5162258246700736015.post-37646002494904712082010-01-07T09:36:13.239-08:002010-01-07T09:36:13.239-08:00Dude.
